During my decades of working in the financial arena, I have realized how difficult it is to find staff that TRULY cares about our clients and is GREAT at taking care of them. Working alongside Denise, she meets both of these needs and does it with a smile. When I asked her why she loves what she does, her reply was "I realize the importance of feeling secure with financial matters and I want to make sure I'm able to help people feel that way. I want them to know they're with someone that cares." Denise is responsible for most service matters revolving around my (Todd) clientele, whether it's online issues, operational questions or documentation needs. Her experience has ranged from a VP of Securities Lending, a director within the hedge fund industry and a financial practice office manager. Denise is married to Jeff and in 2015 they moved to work remotely in balmy Florida where they enjoy playing golf and relaxing at the beaches.
